By working with insurance companies from the beginning, we are able to utilize the customer's money and save them money on their insurance and make sure they are getting the most bang for their buck and all of the discounts available to them.
We work hand in hand with select insurance companies to enhance their brand and promote their generosity to the buyer. We customize flyers to be inserted in the closing packages or given directly to the buyers upon their new purchase. They are customized with your logo and name and say compliments of. By partnering with us, you are extending a service that is fantastic to your clients at no charge to you.
This is a win win partnership that benefits the buyer and the insurance company. If the new homeowner were to do this on their own, they would incur an install fee ($99), activation fee ($99-199) and have to purchase sensors between $1500-2000 (1500 sq ft house).
